there is no problem in using a separate sitemap ! however Google SEO plugin also has sitemap generator ...
^ you should try to have only one type of links on search engine results ..
when you enter .../forumdisplay.php?fid=114 does it convert to SEF type URL on browser address bar ?

but when i submit site in google webmaster i use WWW Therefore, because sitemap genrator submit url without WWW, not index in google by this plugin
but index in google with google seo plugin.

If it does not contain the correct URLs, you should not use it.
As for www/non-www, Google SEO Sitemap relies on your bburl setting. Make sure it's correct.
The Google SEO Sitemap should always be up to date and contain all valid URLs. As such there is no point in using another sitemap plugin alongside it (at least for standard content such as forums, threads, announcements, events, etc.).
