I don't see a "forum header" in themes. I'm in the theme properties and I see table header color and other things, but I don't see that.

in themes, as you scroll down there is a section called "Table Headers"
There in the CSS attributes, you can edit whatever you like.
In the 'Table Headers'-Attributes you probably need to change the color in CSS-Attributes for Hyperlinks, cause the headers are links =P
How would I change the color for the "Board Statistics" font?
In the same box :: "Table Headers", above the "CSS-attributes for Hyperlinks", change the "color-attribute" to your needs.
