Hello. I'm starting a music site. The board language is English, but I want to specify that if a user is from Egypt/Arabian country, I want the language to be switched to Arabic. Oh, and I want forums that will be only visible to said regions. Is it possible to do within mybb or does it require some coding experience?

do not remember seeing such plugin - if you are experienced with php coding then you can make the required plugin
OR you may request for it OR hire more experienced coder to make it ..
