Ok Everytime i go on members on my forum and i click on a member and it just re directs me to my host who im with saying there is a error, please HELP!

What's your forum URL? What kind of error is displayed? Does it only happen with user's profiles?

Did you delete the Index file?

No click on one of the members and see for urself i didnt mean the members i meant clicking on a member

He is talking about user's profile, not the memberlist page. The same thing happens with forums.

It looks to me you tried to enable SEF links but didn't do it completely. Check if you renamed the htaccess.txt file in your root directory to .htaccess (the dot at the beginning included).

last time i just changed a setting but i fortotten the setting and i didnt change anything

The setting is most likely enabled. What you forgot to do is rename htaccess.txt to .htaccess.
