hello i have recently added pro portal but when i go to install it, it says i need to remove the lock so i did and it all went wrong, so i fixed it by removing the install directory but now i need to install it again but the only problem is it says i need to remove the lock file in the install directory! I DONT HAVE A INSTALL DIRECTORY CUZ I DELETED IT! how do i fix this HELP PLEASE!

for proportal , lock file is this : /portal/install/lock <-- rename this lock file OR delete it to re-install the proportal ..

when i go to untinstall it it just says pro portal is already uninstalled and wont let me install it helo please

^ OFF TOPIC : hmm., it needs to be checked by someone experienced (may be from support team) with required temporary privileges ..

ITs ok Ive Solved IT i just deleted the files manually and re installed them
