Original Gaming has been up for a month now and im looking for a partnership to get the forum started with active users

Hacking Forums
We are a gaming forum covering all aspects of gaming
TOS
I will add a link in my forums header to your site and you will do the same
Forum must have over 100 members
Forum must be active
If you ask for staff on my site the partnership will be broken
In the first month 20 members must join my site
I will get my members to join yours
I just have to say, it's fishy...

Bout 30 members thats why i want a partnership
Mebes posted on my rep not to deal with me because i removed his space from my site
i removed it as no one from his site joined me, i got a few of mine to join his
I clearly posted in the tos that your members must join my site for the partnership to stay
And i havent responded to you because i havent been on in awhile
Im still looking for a reliable partner -_-
Also i dont see how the hell im sketchy for a FREE partnership

Then don't make your site suck...
Obviously why it's fishy, he can't force his members to join you if you're not giving them a reason.
Hence why I don't trust this deal at all.
