Ive just upgraded to 1.6.6 and I went in search for the config.php file as ive change the admin directory quite a while ago, and I couldnt find it.

I found config.default.php and I was wondering what MyBB does if config.php exists aswell as the default version?
And why the config.php isnt in the latest download as it must have been in previous versions.

On installation config.default.php is renamed to config.php.

Ahh, so when I upload the default it wont overwrite when its renamed?

Once config.default.php is uploaded after an upgrade, it's not used at all by MyBB.

MyBB doesn't touch config.php after installation.
