Is there any more theme similar to Reksio-Elegant, using dropdown menu?

Is there any plugin using Jquery for "log in" like Reksio theme which it can be usable on any theme? If Not, Is possible to extract "jquery-like log in" ability from Reksio/BlueOverlay themes as a plugin?
