Fatal error: Call to undefined method pluginSystem::run_hooks_by_ref() in /home/xxxxxxxx/domains/xxxxxxxx.xxxx/public_html/admin /modules/portal/module_meta.php on line 26

i uploading from 1.6.5 to 1.6.6 admin and inc with this error

Open "/admin/modules/portal/module_meta.php" then replace "run_hooks_by_ref" by "run_hooks".
One the same line, add a & before $.

@cfillion - both of those functions should be plural, IIRC.
