Detailed description of your problem, including steps to reproduce if necessary: I have a board on my forum in which I only want users to be able to view their own posts (administrators can view all posts, it is a bug reports board so I do not want users to be able to see bugs reported by others as they could be abused) however users cannot see administrators posts, and I would like to post a template that users must follow - is there any way I can make it so users can only see their posts and posts by administrators?
New installation or upgrade (from which version of MyBB)?: New installation, MyBB 1.6.5

The easiest way would be to put the template in the Forum Rules.

ACP >> Forums & Posts >> Forum Management >> forumname > Options > Edit Forum >> Forum Rules

Is there no other way to do it? It would be nice if the user could see stickies in the section.
