What happens when they try to login? Do they get an error?

This is caused by [Issue #1757] and would require you to re-merge with the corrections in place to fix it. If this was a test merge (as is recommended) then follow the changes done for that bug report or wait for a new version of the merge system later this week. Otherwise you'll need to mass mail everyone on your forum that they need to reset their passwords.

Admin panel category?! There's no such thing. Is this something in the merge, or something in your forum after it?

It worked just fine for me logged out... But this isn't a problem with the merge system anyways. Which was my point all along... or what I was trying to find out with the constant questions anyways. I'll move it to general support.
