Hello. Is that possible to attach thread links to Announcements section so that the thread link will appear at every forum.

You want the threads in the announcement forum to be seen everywhere basically? If you are willing to give up comments on announcements, it's quite easy. Just select the thread and make it an announcement.

I am not willing to give up comments that is why i am asking. Actually this feature is a pretty common feature at forums.
