I am using the TheCure Theme on my forum...
Now my issue is I need to add custom links to the Navigation Section In the Header
Please see the Attachment.

I am using these plugins which I supposed would do my task but no success.
Menu Manager (1.0.2)
Page Manager (1.5.2)
Rules Page (2.0) (Wanted to get a Menu on Top in the Header with the Rules Like in VBulletin)
