I have uploaded everything and am ready to go through the installation screens to connect to the database and get everything working. When I click 'Next' from the Welcome screen, it just reloads the page and nothing happens. Not sure what is happening, the URL is below.

I have rechecked all of the files and everything is there. I am using a windows server and have checked to make sure everything has read only turned off, and that the logged in user has full access to those files. Do you think, when I click next, it is outputting any information I can find to see what is happening behind the scenes?
^ it is not going to next step - that's strange .. nothing is sent to output - you may post the issue in
private inquiries
section with your credentials for the forum (ftp , database ..) AND request support staff to help in the installation ..
