Hey how do i make my forums dont show .php or any other stuf, for example

http://www.URLHERE.com/forums/9-introduction/ see how it has the forum ID: "9" and then the title of it, mine is /forumdisplay.php?fid=26 How do i change it to be like that? please I want it that way, looks amazing to be honest

I'm pretty sure its somthing to do with .htaccess.

I use the Google SEO to get such results.
