I'm having issues with a spammer using a proxy server and registering on my forum with different IP addresses every time - and as a result I'm unable to ban him totally....Can you guys suggest me a way or a plugin to stop Proxy IP registrations?

you can try No Proxy Please plugin ..

hmm., if you are using above plugin then it appears to be not functioning in correct way !
I do not use any proxy yet your forum is blocking me !!

^ I'll report the issue to that plugin coder (however he is engaged with his studies at present ..)

Edit : there is a updated version of the plugin at the coder's website
