What is a good avatar size to set?

Right now my board is set at 10x10 and many people are complaining that that is too small.  Does that mean 10x10 pixels or what type of unit?  

Where is a good place to get avatar on the internet?

Also, when they try to set an avatar from the avatar gallery they get this error

mySQL error: 1366
Incorrect integer value: 'gallery' for column 'avatartype' at row 1
Query: UPDATE mybb_users SET avatar='images/avatars/athlon.gif', avatartype='gallery' WHERE uid='8'

Yes, size means in pixels.

I'd recommend no higher then 100x100.

And a Dev will have to look at that Error, because I've never gotten it before. Sorry.

See if decswxaqz's patch fixes it
