How can i make the line seen here:

Also, i see their is a custom portal here http://gfxforums.net/.. i was wondering if anyone can make me one or help me (for free) also they have a custom upgrade page which i could use :'/ i suck at coding

Hey, don't imitate. Do something unique.
The upgrade page is nothing more than one table with a couple font styles. Use Page Manager.

Imitate? I never said i was going to copy or do something, infact i found a better one at hacked.pro.

How about custom portal

the "portal" is just template edits. so edit the portal template and go to town making it look like you want.

If you're talking about the index page it isn't actually a portal at all. It's just a custom page using the same templates. If that's what you're trying to achieve then:

it is the portal, if you go to portal.php directly, its the same content
