i'm new in Mybb plz any one my friend help me how to re arrange my forum ......

admin panel --> forums & posts --> forum management <-- here you can see Order entries of the forums display ; change as required & save order

Go to Admin CP > Forums & Posts > Forum Management. Then change the numbers in the Order column to how you want them ordered.

They should be able to do that by default. Are you sure they're not able to sticky threads?

that is already enabled by default . a moderator can select any topic and use moderator tools available at bottom of page to make sticky ..

Thank u sit its working ..............its some problem with my theme ............i reset it now its working..........
