Hey, I use the tagging plugin www.mods.mybb.com/view/tagging-plugin,

It doesn't seem to pm the user when I type @ followed by their username. I've uninstalled and reinstalled it also, and checked in usercp -> tags.

I've just tested it and it worked perfectly for me..

Make sure you are typing the tag just like this:

@[username]
If the username was "aBc123"

This would be correct: @[aBc123]
This would be incorrect: @[ABc123]
This would be incorrect: @[abc123]

So I hope you figure it out. One of the official support agents can help you out if you give them a temporary admin account for your forum. Actually, they may not. They may just tell you to contact the plugin author, which is flash.tato. So contact him if this still doesn't work.
