Ok so I set the group promotions for a group I made called Promoter which requires 5 referrals. A member on my forum got 5 referrals but for some reason it didn't change his user group from user to Promoter. I had to manually do it myself. Please help me fix this.

Yes the member is..

It also didn't show up in the "Promotion Logs"
