MyBB has experienced an internal SQL error and cannot continue.

SQL Error:
1062 - Duplicate entry '16272' for key 1
Query:
INSERT INTO mybb_forumuserfields (fid3,fid1,fid2,ufid) VALUES ('','','','16272')

When someone try to login in my forum this erorr shows o.O

when someone (a particular person) or anyone?
