Looks good, but your rollout effect for the top menu is not functioning in Safari 2.0.4 and Firefox 1.5.0.6 (and basically all Mozilla browsers).
I noticed that, it's not working for IE as well (just tried it =P). I dunno what's wrong with it since it's the same code I used elsewhere but that is working perfectly fine (i.e. it goes back to the previous image when the cursor is removed =S).
Not many changes, but I do like the blue glossy look to the headers!
The theme is still in production so things here and there are incomplete ;D. And thanks for the comments ^^.
I can't wait to see it when it's done! That glossy look just adds a bit of class to the theme...I think!

Release the theme, its awsome! but yeah when I hover my mouse over the top bar, the images don't change back.
