Hello! I'm having a big issues with my forum. i have the back up with me now , but it;s a plain text . How can i restore it ?

When i use this : http://community.mybb.com/thread-15343.html .
When i got to the 3rd step , they say that my admin_log has alreadys exist . !

create a new database & import the backup into it ; use the database details in inc/config.php file to connect ...

but may i know how to import the back up ?

that depends on the database manager you have at your webhost panel .. if it is phpMyAdmin then there could be a import tab at the top ..
