just install it back, find install folder on your mybb root then deleted file name "lock", then go to http://www.yourwebsite.com/install/

He wants all of the files back to how they were too, your best bet is to upload a fresh clean copy of MyBB (however in your current forum save the config.php file), delete all the old files, replace the new config.php with the old, and go through your MySQL database and delete all the extra mods/plugin created tables.
