i have a plugin Myshoutbox its called, i want it to be on all pages how i do that?

actually we do not suggest using a shoutbox on all the pages ; yet if you want to try it then find {myshoutbox_yourkey} in the
index template , cut it , save index template ; open header template AND paste {myshoutbox_yourkey} at the bottom & save it ..

why is it not suggested to have shoubox on all pages?

using a shoutbox on all pages consumes database / web server resources heavily .
if you are using shared webhost server then your forum might get suspended by webhost ...
