I think there is no special adsense for mobile, google adsense etc should appear on mobile. Like that's on my android Samsung Galaxy S2.

google adsense is dropping mobile ads for "high end devices" and you can just use the standard adsense code if you intended audience is NOT older WAP devices. this was announced over the past few days

Also smartphones have increased, so you may continue to show the regular ads to your visitors as well instead of mobile ads.
