How do I make it so you have to have a certain amount of posts to share links?

There is no option for that in mybb, also i didn't found any plugin for that. You can ask for it in plugin section.

No Links Allowed by Yaldaram doesn't work for 1.6.5. I tested it a few days ago.

I take it back this plugin does not work for www or for reply to a post.
