To download the MyBB package you mean?

You won't get the option, you can't just open a zip, it has to be saved to your computer.

Well, I Cant Download It When i Click "Download Now" No Effect Takes Place, Including When I Press "ZIP" When It Says The Following

"The download of MyBB is available as a ZIP package."
