I have a problem. I need to set a ban by htaccess on the root of a site but the problem is that I keep getting an error that blocks everything instead of the IP's listed. I know my IP is not on this list of IP's I want blocked.

Before I post a ton of info, is there even anyone here who could help me?

Your host allow htaccess ? Some issue are with shared hosting, but post the content to see, maybe something are wrong.

And it's not the solution if you are on a dedicated, better to block directly in iptable.

He's hosted with stupid Godaddy.
