As the title, i want to have an plugin, it can be search the user, show a litle about infomation an can be edit postnum.

You mean edit his post count number? That can be already done via ACP. Search for a user > edit user > Post count.

This is painful to read.

I kow, but it take for a long time.

I used your plugin and a found an error:
"You cannot post new threads in this forum until you achieve 6 posts. You currently have 7 posts, so you require -1 more posts to be able to post threads in this forum."
I don't know why, i see in your code, i think it ok, but...

I don't know why, i see in your code, i think it ok, but...
