i have one problem, i am using reCaptcha 2 on my forum to protect spam but after installing this many users complaint me that at the time of registering they are getting the following error message :



so please can any one help me how to solve this?

what are the spam prevention plugins you have active at present ...
also try this : admin panel --> configuration --> User Registration and Profile Options --> display a hidden captcha --> No

i am using the following plugins :
Akismet.
reCAPTCHA 2.
Stop Forum Spam.

and should i make it "NO" ?

^ just now I was able to register without any problem ..
you have to try deactivating above plugins one by one AND also check setting No for hidden captcha

Ok but should i make it to "No" because currently it is Yes.
