Hmm, I was going to my forum, but when it was loading it said:

SQL Error:
1203 - User b7_10250798 already has more than 'max_user_connections' active connections
Query:
[READ] Unable to connect to MySQL server

Then when I refreshed it again, the site suddenly became really laggy :/

Anyone know why it's like this?

contact your webhost and ask to increase maximum_user_connections ...

How come it's like that? I only have 3 members registered to it and only I go on it :/

^ that's what you have to ask your web host !!

Max_user_connection doesn't has anything to do with registered users. its the limit of open connections....and I guess your's is very less.
I suggest you take a big stick and whack the host with it.
