I got it after clicking delete next to this plugin http://mods.mybb.com/view/additional-usergroup-images
What should i do ?
Ive tried re-uploading the plugin and deleting it....

Edit : do you use myprotection plugin ? if so see this

it appears to be not a standard error message from MyBB and the plugins available from this community ..
recently have you given admin panel access to any unknown person ..
