Please can someone sort this out?
Its quite a big problem for me Sad

But when I remove {\$post['user_details']} on postbit I am able to see the thread but I cannot see the user details Sad
What is the problem? please someone help!
As the error says, there is a problem on line 31 in functions_post.php file.
Check that line and, if you don't know what is wrong, post it here. Normally, there should be this:
		require_once MYBB_ROOT."inc/class_parser.php";
You can also try to replace functions_post.php file with the default file from the MyBB package after backuping it.

Ok I have replaced the functions_post.php with the default one from mybb.
And it still says the same message.
And it does say this on functions_post.php
require_once MYBB_ROOT."inc/class_parser.php";

What is the problem then?
Please can someone help me.
I really need support.
You're reading the error message wrong.

It refers to functions_post.php line 644
eval("\$postbit = \"".$templates->get("postbit")."\";");

It eval()s template code there and that code has an error in line 31, i.e. line 31 of your postbit template is the problem.

What do I have to do to solve it?
Depends on what the error is. If you can't figure it out, post the contents of your postbit template

Use {$post instead of {\$post?

I cannot find {\$post? on postbit anyway.
Take out the question mark from what was suggested?
