hey everytime I get to the step where I have to put in host name/username/password no matter what I put it says it was incorrect or that It couldnt sign in. im on geocities a .com on there so yea help would be great lol thanks people
Geocities doesn't offer php and mysql, that MyBB needs.
Please get another host that offers those.
Do you have the pro package that Geocities offers ? That will answer alot of questions on if you have PHP or MYSQL available. Thanks.

Did you put in the exact MySQL details that Geocities sent you when you purchased the hosting?
Also, is there an MySQL database set up for MyBB?
