How do I do it? I want it to be very simple and go with a theme thats black and blue

Can you please explain it a bit further ? Like;

1. What do you mean by Sub Tab (All I think from the top of my head is you want something in header menu, perhaps ?)
2. Where exactly you want it to appear?

Well here's an example of what I want from a schools website, just take note how if you over over the menu tabs in the header u get a sub menu underneath. [url]http://www.dunbartonhs.ca/[url]

I want it to be like that and well there's looks nice so why not have it look like there two. Hope ya understand now sorry bout that.
