In the config file change "localhost" to "127.0.0.1". see if that helps.

i changed it but nothing. . .
approximately, when you want download attachments you can download just 400kb with 64kb/s speed connection, for example this is a attachment in my forum and with this username and pass you can test it.

I did not down attachment but the pages are loading very fast. It sounds like ISP to me.

yeah, if your speed connection is fast the page load perfectly. but i'm really worry about attachments that users can't download them completely !!!!
Any Idea?

this problem is not from my host because i upload my files to another host but again i have problem with download attachments.
please it really drives me crazy
