Site url please? but for starters do what is says and verify that you have uploaded the pm.php file check your file verification status in acp also to see if any files are missing or tampered with.

glad someone could read the error
but I can not see pm.php as a mybb standard file ... perhaps this is a plugin issue? disable/uninstall all plugins and see if this fixes it
Correct, pm.php is not default. private.php handles PMs.
