Hey!

My forum has around 700 posts in one section where the posts wasn't counted towards users post count/forum post count. Now I wanted them to be counted but the old posts (700) aren't being counted even when I checked this "Yes, posts in this forum should count towards user post counts" but new posts in that section are counted. How do I fix so that old posts are counted too?

Hi,

The MyBB group offers support under the conditions of our Support Eligibility policy. It is apparent that one or more of your forums do not meet the conditions of our policy and therefore you are ineligible for support. This could be because of adult, piracy or hacking related content or because your forum does not display the minimum “Powered by MyBB” notice.
