I am unable to send a mass E-Mail to my userbase. Its not sending at all. Is there a setting I need to edit?

Do you got any error when you try to send email? Make sure PHP Sendmail is enabled in php.ini, If you don't have access to the php.ini file call your support and ask them if php Sendmail is enabled if not ask them to enable it.
