So I am wanting something like this...
- I have multiple side boxes and I would like each side box to pull latest threads/topics from a specific forum id.
- Have them auto refresh
- Also able to alter so one box will be pulling threads from a different forum id while refreshing automatically every 30 seconds...and another box pulling threads from a different forum id refreshing automcatically every 60 seconds, etc...
So each of my side boxes will be pulling its topics from its own forum id that is specified in the code while also refreshing in x amount of seconds.

What is the correct verbage? would they need to be done via ajax? or frames? or a php file?
