Full Version: double posting

I searched and saw that this was fixed in 1.6.3, but 2 users, from what I can see, are double posting on a forum that I help admin running 1.6.6

in the attachment below you can see what I mean

I applied the following code to the headerinclude template:

<meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=8" />

hopefully that takes care of it!
ok, reporting back to say that the above code did not fix the problem.

is there a piece of code I should look for to see if it's causing the problem?!

I'm still waiting on the user who brought up to the problem to tell me which version of IE he's using, but here's a few of his posts where you can see that he made a double post:

this seems to only happen in ie9 and using the quick reply.

the theme I'm using (reksio) uses two additional javascript files which I'll attach. can anyone browse through them to see if there's a piece of code in there that was fixed in the standard mybb javascript files to prevent double posting?

it would be much appreciated so I can put an end to the double posting on my forums..
