went fine until theme insertion. I have tried the install twice with this error.

1226 - User 'u192510332_mybb' has exceeded the 'max_updates' resource (current value: 500)
Query:
INSERT INTO mybb_templates (title,template,sid,version,dateline) VALUES ('warnings_active_header',' \n {$lang->active_warnings}\n ','-2','1400','1330914806')

This needs to be fixed so i can run the install.

it is related to your web host - please contact them ..

I have figured that out.... I hate 3owl hosting there database management sucks lime. They dont support the permissions for database users so i cant even change the permissions....

Ill have to install to another webhost then download the database and import it to 3owl.

Or maybe just choose a different host altogether.
