on this website i see there is alot of things you can download but i dont get it .. what i mean is can you create your own website on here if so how ...

and also what is this sites main pupose sorry for asking this but i really dont know and does anyone no were i can create a site like this for free were i dont have to put a credit card or pay for it thanks guys plz comment and help me thanks

what do i do next it just says Please wait that the total number of forums hosted here decrease under 100, before creating your own!

Mybb is a free forum software. You need to have a website to use it there
As yaldaram suggested, you can use one of the hosted services or you can go for free hosting where you can use your own domain and install mybb.
I would recommend http://x10hosting.com and http://byethost.org if you are looking for some.
