The Default Form id is http://betaworld.in/forumdisplay.php?fid=3
ok its working fine ! but it suddenly changed into http://www.betaworld.in/forum-3.html ! and i cant acces to forums

it is consisted of Google seo,
look Google seo url settings
and look .httaccess file

No, it is not. It is MyBB's stock SEO URL option.

You have to rename the htaccess.txt file in your forum's root to .htaccess .
