I was wondering how do I add "sparkle effect" onto my username's? Like adding It to groups, And having like a glow effect as well.

Would appreciate any help!

The glitter image, " http://i25.tinypic.com/2ntaf5z.gif " doesn't work. Does anyone else have a link to a glittering image?
