I create new user and assign it a group in ACP, however that new user cannot login from any machine accept the one that accessed the ACP.

...is the universe laughing at me?

Not sure why it would be doing this. Nothing would prevent it from logging in that I know of.

Only to me... I just searched for everything I can think of and no luck.

created user cant login

created user guest

etc.
This might be important, I get a successful login popup then after it returns it says welcome guest.
