So I was going to change my server host. Once I did that, I was too stupid to remember about the cookie settings. So now I cannot login at all on my new URL, and when I try going into one of the admincp tabs back at the original host's URL, it keeps telling me to login, so I can't access the configuration as well. My new host is hosting24, my old one is 000webhost. If I could have somebody help me I would appreciate it very very much!

Edit the /inc/settings.php file.
Once it is done, put the sames value in the Admin CP.

I've tried, the problem still occurs. The original forum (free domain) in at exploringgames.comli.com
The new host (Paid) is illusionroleplay.net

Yes it is a cookie issue.
Cookie domain must be ".illusionroleplay.net".
After set that in settings.php, you must set the same value in the Admin CP.

Okay, what database (with filezilla) should I change it in. Exploringagmes.comli.com's, or the illusionroleplay.net. Because I seem to have both seperate databases.

My forum at illusionroleplay.net also for some reason has no theme to it anymore.

Have you tried changing it via your database go to mybb_settings and change them there.
