Actually i have create many subforums at my forum. So how to disable the main forum "new thread". But in subforums thread, the user can create new thread.

you must edit your main forums and change the "forum type" to "category".

change forum type to category in the forum settings ( forum management --> edit forum --> Forum Type )

Forums with threads cannot be converted to categories.

^ first you have to move those topics to a sub-forum / another forum and then change the forum type ..
